Zener can support in the basic to detail design of various new built carriers and vessels to the requirement of client and to the satisfaction of class.  

That involves preparing basic design specification from the owners/ clients’ requirements. Expectations are tabulated and jointly finalised to be populated into a basic design specification. Following which a basic set of General arrangement plan, Midship and weight report are prepared. Taking ownership and discussing with the client appointed vendors and having them integrated with the vessel. The general routine would be churning out detailed design drawings to class requirements after scantling checks are established. Piping and electrical teams also work simultaneously on their deliverables like P&ID/SLD’s, material spec, and MTO. Following the clearance of most of the basic design documents. If any material substitution based on material availability is required these are immediately handled so that project deliverables are not impacted. Shop drawings and fabrication drawings as required such as nesting plans and cutting plans can also be generated if the shipyard requests for the same. A stability report shall be generated, and weights shall be monitored so that carrying capacity is not impacted. After completion of the major works, fabrication, and installation of equipment, we shall carry out an inclining and prepare the inclining report that after approval from the class shall be used to update the stability booklet. 

Based on client requirements final as-built drawings shall be also handed over to the vessel for safekeeping.
