Starting out at Sea in 1994 as a junior engineer, he worked his way up to Chief Engineer for Merchant ships followed with stints as Technical Manager with Ship Management companies. Vastly associated with Class DNV-GL and Repair companies.
Chirag Joshi
Director - Subcontinent
Shipbuilding professional with 20+ years of experience in Ship Design, Business Development, Site supervision and shipbuilding for various construction and Retrofit projects in 9+ countries. Heading departments with 250+ workforce Zener's largest station; Responsible for Department Revenue, billability, profitability and Client Relationship Management.
Samir Sadanandan
Director - South East Asia
Diversified experience in marine, construction and civil engineering with 20+ years of overall experience. Presently responsible for South-East Asia including Singapore Clients.

A Graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington with double master's in M.B.A (Finance) and Economics. Apart from handling day to day Operations, he is also the Head of Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) & Ship Recycling as part of Zener's Green cell.
Andrew J Ferrie
Head of Quality Assurance
44 years in the shipping business. 27 years sailing (including cadetship) 17 years ashore. Sailed in all ranks on Tankers (Crude, Products, Chemical), Obo's, Container ships, RORO's, and offshore vessel. 72 vessels in total.
Praveen Nair
Head of Department - Design
Naval Architect with 23 Years of experience in Marine and Offshore sector covering Concept Design, FEED, Basic Design, Detail design, Commercial Estimation, Project Planning, Production & Project management. Design of FLNG's, FSRU's, FPSO's , livestock conversion vessel's, Container's, Tug Boat's, Crane Barge, etc. Presently heading the entire Design & Engineering department of Zener.
